The website now only lists 18 locations in Missouri and Illinois, With 20 locations around the St. Louis area.

Todd Beckman, Blake Laubinger and Caleb Laubinger were arrested Thursday and appeared Friday morning in U.S. District Court in St. Louis on a single kidnapping charge.

In charging documents, Drug Enforcement Administration Special Agent Brent Nanney Said that the victim was beaten and choked in his home on Nov. 21 by brothers Blake and Caleb Laubinger, and Todd Beckman until they secured the victim (name not released) with zip ties.

They threatened to kill the victim, then took him to  Blake Laubinger’s home in Pacific, Missouri, where he was beaten, kicked and shocked by the brothers, Nanney wrote.

Beckman pistol-whipped the victim and pressed a gun to his head, pulling the trigger on an empty chamber.
Later, the victim was held overnight in a shipping container.

Court documents said that they released the victim after the victim signed a document and collected a $27,000 ransom from his parents , Blake Laubinger, and Beckman then drove him to the Gravois Bluffs area in a St. Louis Tan Co. cargo van and released him,

During some of their calls to the Victim's mother in Florida, she could hear him screaming in the background.
The mother told authorities she had heard Beckman saying that if she did not pay, “She would never see her son come Thanksgiving.”

Prosecutors requested the 3 defendants be held in jail until trial. Their next court appearances are set for Tuesday.

12 year-old Attacked with Brass Knuckles

Kane Millsaps, 16, completely unprovoked unleashed a brutal assault on an unsuspecting white 12-year-old.

The video starts out with the bratty thug smiling at the camera and showing flashing the brass knuckles, According to the police report the 12 year boy old came in with a bruised eye, a big cut on his neck, and a large hole in his neck that will probably require stitches. Even more disturbing is the part of the report that documents the victim's awakening. The victim reported that when he awoke "He thought he had gravel in his mouth, but it was pieces of his teeth."

The District Attorney has decided to try the thug, Kane Millsaps, as an adult. Millsaps is now facing first-degree battery and for possession of the brass knuckles felony charges.

If convicted Millsaps could face up to 20 years in prison. There is no place for these types of people in modern society. At least the Main Stream Media isn't praising this thug for his actions.

Another murdered in St. Louis City

Patricia Pendleton was killed and a 17-year old male was also struck in north St. Louis County Wednesday night.
Around 9:45 p.m, the 17-year-old was shot in the foot in the 10400 block of Baron. He was taken to the hospital, but is not cooperating with investigators, police said.

Around 30 minutes later, police were called to the 10400 block of Royal, about five blocks east of the earlier shooting, after  43-year-old Patricia Pendleton was shot. Anderson was taken to the hospital in critical condition, but later died of her injuries, police said.

Police believe a dispute between several young males led to the shooting on Bacon, which then led to the shooting on Royal.

Further more, where is the "support" from groups like Black Lives Matter? The lack of visibility in these types of incidents only servers to prove that Black Lives Matter is on par to be worse than other well known hate groups.

Jefferson County Judge Arrested for D.W.I. and Assault

Missouri Highway Patrol says a Jefferson County judge  could face D.W.I. and felony assault  charges after the judge was arrested Tuesday night following an accident.

The Jefferson County Prosecutor's Office and the Jefferson County Clerk’s Office and both stated they are aware of the incident but no action has been taken as they are both waiting for the final report from the Missouri Highway Patrol.

The Judge who was arrested is Nathan Stewart who is assigned to Division 3.

The decision on possible charges will be made by the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.  The decision could take weeks or months.

If this was any citizen, there would be no doubt that charges will be filed. All too often, we hear of People holding public office getting a slap on  the wrist. only time will tell if Forrest K. Wegge will do his job and charge the judge, or if this will get swept under the rug like all the other cases.

Tim Kaine and Leftist try to push gun control

Former Hillary Clinton Running - mate Tim Kaine and other public office holders are already trying to push their gun control agenda. Sadly they are pushing it after the terrorist attack at OSU campus where several people were injured after an Islamic radical attacked OSU students with a Machete and by driving a motor vehicle into students. The radical did not however use a firearm to assault students. On the contrary it was a campus security guard who used a firearm to stop the terrorist.

This is a shameful and almost criminal act on the lefts behalf to push gun control in a situation where gun was not the issue.

Lone Wolf Islamic Terrorist Attacks OSU Students

A terrorist attacker was shot dead by police after he drove deliberately into Students with a Vehicle and then stabbed multiple people with a machete knife at the OSU campus in Columbus this morning, officials said. Eleven victims have been transported to local hospitals, including the attacker.

OSU said in a statement that the "injuries include stab wounds, injury by motor vehicle and other injuries that are being evaluated" and that "facts are still being verified."

The incident happened at 9:52 a.m., when the suspect struck students with a car, officials said at a news conference. The suspect then exited the vehicle and used a butcher's knife to cut multiple people, officials said. An officer then shot and killed the suspect, officials said.

The suspect was identified as Abdul Razak Ali Artan, an OSU student, officials said at a press conference this afternoon.

authorities believe the attacker is of Somali descent and was attending college at OSU.

Authorities are looking at a Facebook post to determine if it is connected to the suspect. The post says: "I am sick and tired of seeing my fellow Muslim brothers and sisters being killed and tortured EVERYWHERE. ... I can't take it anymore. America! Stop interfering with other countries ... [if] you want us Muslims to stop carrying lone wolf attacks."

The man who fatally shot Artan was identified as OSU Officer Alan Horujko, 28, Horujko has been a member of the OSU police department since Jan. 2015, and now is a Hero among students at OSU campus for his bravery.

"It helped the officer be in the right place at the right time, as he was able to see this whole thing happen and take immediate action," an official said at a press conference this afternoon.

Some students barricaded themselves in classrooms when news of the attack was being carried out.

Kendrick Price, an academic adviser at OSU, he ran to his second-story office window after hearing screams. He saw the attacker running toward police who was then shot multiple times, he said.

Jacob Bowers, 20, had been sitting on a bench listening to music before class he saw a man pull "a large knife" and start "chasing people around trying to attack them."

FBI agents were among the authorities who swarmed the scene in response to the active shooter report.

How long will we disarm our law abiding citizens? Had there been one student at the beginning of the attack with a firearm, there would have only been one person injured, this Radical Islamic Terrorist.

The Left are already using this terrible situation as the platform for more gun control, do not be deceived by their "good intentions". Today the violence was stopped by a law abiding citizen using a gun, its a shame it came too late for some.
